Founders with a heartfelt mission

Eterneva was born out of grief not a boardroom. In 2015, Adelle Archer watched her mentor Tracey a 47-year-old tech executive and force of nature receive a Stage 4 pancreatic cancer diagnosis and three months to live. After Tracey passed, Adelle refused to let her memory sit in a box. She found a way to grow a real diamond from Tracey's ashes. That act of transformation turning loss into something permanent, something beautiful became the foundation of Eterneva. Together with co-founder Garrett Ozar, Adelle built the only US-based, third-party validated memorial diamond company in existence, grounded in radical transparency and human care. We are not a diamond company that happens to handle ashes. We are a grief wellness company that creates diamonds.

The life that started it all

"In 2015, my mentor Tracey was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer and given three months to live. She was only 47 years old. A senior executive at a tech company in Austin, she had already accomplished much yet really was just getting started. She was afraid that she would die before having had the chance to create a legacy.

What she didn’t know was that she had already made her mark on the world. When news of her diagnosis spread, people wrote to her with stories of how she had personally impacted their lives. Tracey died knowing that she had left the legacy she always wanted.

As a guardian of Tracey's ashes, I chose to have them turned into a black diamond to capture her sparkling spirit, and ensure that her legacy lives on."

A father who lived through acute loss and watched his child survive cancer, Garrett brings both personal grief and operational precision to Eterneva's mission. As the operational and strategic engine of the company, he has overseen $15 million in infrastructure and R&D investment building what is today the largest memorial diamond facility in the United States, located in Kerrville, Texas.

Garrett was instrumental in landing Eterneva's Shark Tank deal with Mark Cuban (Season 11, Episode 3, October 2019) and leading the company's $10M Series A led by Tiger Management.

Eterneva has invested over $15 million in infrastructure and R&D to build what competitors cannot replicate: a fully transparent, US-based, third-party validated memorial diamond facility in Kerrville, Texas, the largest of its kind in the country.

This facility houses dozens of diamond growth machines, each dedicated to individual customers. It's open for tours by appointment. You can meet the team. You can watch the process. You can drop off ashes in person.
