Blueprint (Pre-Planning)
What is a beneficiary?
This is the designated person that you want to inherit your Diamond. You can think about it as the person you are gifting the Eterneva Journey to.
What decisions do I need to make about my future Diamond, today?
You will select your Diamond’s color, size, cut, and what you would like your custom engraving to say. If you would like to change your Diamond after pre-paying, simply reach out to us at info@eterneva.com and we can support.
Will I receive any documentation to prove that I have prepaid?
Yes, you will receive a certified document.
What are the payment options for my future Diamond?
Pay in full, or pay over 12 months, 36 months, 60 months, and 120 Month options are available.
How do you make a Diamond from Ashes?
Heat, pressure, time, and carbon. That’s what’s needed for a Diamond to form in the earth’s mantle. Our amazing machines can simulate these same conditions, and grow a real Diamond from the carbon in ashes or hair. We only need ½ a cup of ashes, so your family will only need to provide a small amount to do this.
Can I preplan for someone else’s Diamond?
Yes, with Blueprint you can either pre-plan for your own Diamond OR prepay for someone else’s Diamond - like a parent, spouse, or pet.
Chain of Custody & Authenticity
How does Eterneva protect my privacy?
Eterneva securely stores all data in private cloud servers, limiting access through permissions-based controls within Salesforce. We prioritize your privacy throughout the entire journey.
How does Eterneva ensure my loved one’s ashes are handled respectfully?
Respect is at the heart of everything we do. From the moment ashes arrive, they’re tracked through a secure, unique identifier system, and stored in a dedicated, secure space until they are used to create the diamond.
How are the diamonds graded?
Each diamond is graded by a GIA-certified gemologist at our Kerrville facility, which provides a detailed report on the carat weight, cut, clarity, and color. 📄
Are the diamonds certified?
Yes! Each diamond is graded by a GIA-certified gemologist at our Kerrville facility, so you’ll receive an official report along with your gem.
Company & Social Proof

General
What are the benefits of pre planning my future Diamond?
Ensure that you are remembered in a way that is meaningful to you, while giving your loved ones a special way to hold you close. Avoid burdening loved ones with logistics and cost; instead, rest assured you’re gifting them a bright and healing journey to help them move forward.
Where can I read Eterneva reviews or testimonials?
You can find Eterneva reviews on Facebook and Google, TrustPilot, The Cremation Institute, and even on our Instagram.
Memorial Diamonds Process
How does Eterneva test for carbon in ashes and hair?
Eterneva partners with TDI Brooks International and B&B Labs, forensic and carbon analysis labs, to confirm the carbon content in ashes and hair. This analysis ensures that each memorial diamond contains carbon from your loved one.
What’s the largest diamond you can make?
Our diamonds can grow up to 5 carats or more, but it depends on the carbon content and desired color. Larger diamonds take longer to grow.
Are Living Diamonds different from memorial diamonds?
Living Diamonds and memorial diamonds are created with the same level of care and expertise. The difference is that Living Diamonds are made from hair collected during a person’s life, making them a celebration of life rather than a remembrance.
Shipping & International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Japan, Switzerland, and Mexico. 🌍 Additional fees may apply for international orders.
Sustainability
How does Eterneva ensure memorial diamonds are environmentally friendly?
Eterneva’s lab-grown diamonds require fewer resources than mined diamonds and are created in controlled settings to minimize environmental impact, making them a more sustainable choice.
Verification
